1.Agreement
These terms are a contract between you (or the organisation you represent) and NYXL (“Sigcore”, “we”). They apply to the website at https://sigcore.io, the dashboard, the API and the SDK (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you accept them. If you are accepting on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to do so.
2.The Service
Sigcore provides non-custodial wallet infrastructure: wallet creation, policy enforcement and transaction signing inside secure hardware. Private keys are generated and kept inside enclaves that we cannot access. We therefore cannot recover, export or use a key on your behalf, and we cannot reverse a transaction once it has been signed and broadcast.
You are responsible for the policies you configure, for the accounts you authorise to approve transactions, and for keeping your credentials and passkeys secure.
3.Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement. You agree to give accurate account information and to keep it current. You are responsible for all activity under your organisation's account.
4.Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Break the law, including sanctions, anti-money-laundering and securities laws that apply to you.
- Interfere with, probe or circumvent the security of the Service or its enclaves.
- Resell the Service without our written agreement.
- Send malicious code or attempt to access another customer's data.
We may suspend accounts that put the Service or other customers at risk.
5.Fees
Paid plans are billed as described on our pricing page or in your order form. Fees are exclusive of taxes. Unpaid invoices may lead to suspension after notice. Enterprise terms, where agreed in writing, take precedence over this section.
6.Your data
You own the data you put into the Service. You grant us the rights needed to operate it for you. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data. Signed receipts and audit logs are kept to meet regulatory and security obligations.
7.Intellectual property
We own the Service, the SDK, the documentation and our trademarks. The SDK is licensed under the terms stated in its package. You may not copy, modify or reverse-engineer the Service except as permitted by that licence or by law.
8.Availability and support
We aim for the availability stated for your plan. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible. Support channels and response targets depend on your plan.
9.Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We do not control blockchains, their fees, their finality or the value of any asset. Signing a transaction does not guarantee that a network will accept it. We are not a custodian, broker, exchange or financial adviser.
10.Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, and our total liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11.Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may terminate for material breach that is not cured within 30 days of notice, or immediately where required by law or to protect the Service. Because keys live only inside the enclave, make sure you have moved any assets you need before closing an account.
12.Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which NYXL is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be brought in the courts of that jurisdiction unless an Enterprise agreement says otherwise.
13.Changes and contact
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here, update the date above and, for material changes, notify account holders by email at least 30 days in advance. Questions about these terms go to [email protected].
